Location: Plant / Bakery Manufacturing Facility (Konnogar)
1. Job PurposeResponsible for the reliable and effective operation, maintenance, troubleshooting,



and performance improvement of all HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, and cooling systems installed in the plant.
The technician will ensure optimum environmental conditions for production, storage, utility and other critical areas while maintaining equipment availability, safety, hygiene, and energy efficiency.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. HVAC & Utility Equipment Maintenance• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain AHU, FCU, Package AC, Split AC, VRF/VRV, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Exhaust Systems, Fresh Air Systems, Air Curtains and Ventilation Systems.
• Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, blowers, motors, belts, bearings, filters, dampers and control systems.
• Monitor and maintain required temperature, humidity, airflow and pressure conditions in production areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems supporting production
