Company: HOMZNHOMZ Real Estate Consultancy
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full time, work from office, day shift.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month fixed salary, plus incentives of ₹10,000–₹15,000 based on performance.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
Communication Skills:
Candidates must have good English communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in residential properties and real estate investments.
Explain project details, property features, pricing, amenities, and location benefits to potential customers.
Follow up with interested leads, understand customer requirements, and maintain regular communication.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate property site visits for the onsite sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
Working Days: Six days a week, with Tuesday as the weekly off.
Age Preference: 20–30 years.
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
