Digital Marketing Lead
In-house | Full-time | Hybrid On-site – Noida)

A bridal lehenga is rarely bought on impulse. It’s bought after months of searching, saving, comparing and dreaming. We’re looking for the person who knows how to be there at every one of those moments, and can prove it with numbers.

Lehenga Lovestory is an ethnic fashion house with bridal at its heart. Our pieces are hand-embroidered, made to order, and built on craftsmanship, emotion and thoughtful detail. We dress every woman at the celebration: the bride, her mother, her sisters and her closest friends.

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to own how the brand finds, wins and keeps its customers online.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll own digital marketing end to end: you’ll set the strategy, plan it, run it, measure it and report on it. Managing agency partners is also part of this role.

Your Role
You’ll own the brand’s digital growth from first click to a design session with our concierge. That covers paid media, the website, search, and email and WhatsApp journeys.

You’ll work closely with the founders, the social media team and the film team, turning the brand’s stories and creative into campaigns that perform. Every month, you’ll come back with clear evidence of what worked, what didn’t, and what we do next.

What You’ll Work On
• Set the digital marketing strategy, with explicit targets for reach, enquiries, design sessions and revenue
• Plan campaigns around India’s wedding calendar, from peak seasons and festive windows to the quiet months in between
• Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google end to end: audiences, creative testing, bidding and budget allocation
• Own website performance on Shopify: landing pages, conversion paths, site speed and A/B tests
• Drive organic search: SEO strategy, content priorities, local search and Google Business Profile
• Design email and WhatsApp journeys that nurture a high-consideration customer over weeks, not days
• Brief the social media
