Role Description The Business Manager and EA – Founder’s Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position supports the founder in managing day-to-day business operations, including coordinating tea production and supply activities, tracking performance metrics, and preparing business reports, summaries, and presentations. The role involves managing the founder’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communication, as well as handling confidential information and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.



The Business Manager and EA will assist in strategic initiatives, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional project execution to ensure smooth operations between the Kolkata office and the tea estates in Upper Assam.
