Role Description The Team Leader – Sales Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales support team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely execution of sales processes and documentation. The Team Leader will coordinate with sales, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to support order processing,



inventory management, reporting, and customer issue resolution. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing workflows, preparing regular dashboards, and implementing process improvements aligned with business targets. The role also involves mentoring team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting management in strategic decision-making for the region.
