Role Description The Back Office (Sales Support Officer) role is a full-time position based in Indore with a onsite work arrangement. This role focuses on supporting the dealer sales team by processing orders, updating customer and sales records, and coordinating with the Distributor and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate information flow. The Sales Support Officer will respond to internal and external queries, prepare basic sales reports,



and assist in tracking sales performance and inventory status. Daily tasks also include maintaining documentation, verifying data accuracy, and helping resolve customer service and sales-related issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales Operations and Sales skills to assist in order processing, sales coordination, and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interaction with sales teams, call center staff, and customers.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and prepare basic reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or sales management software is beneficial.
