Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for driving regional sales growth for Novapure’s portfolio of pharmaceutical reference standards and related services. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts,



and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, conduct regular client visits, deliver product presentations, and provide technical and commercial support to customers. Daily activities include monitoring market trends, tracking competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts, and reporting performance metrics to leadership. The role also includes close collaboration with internal teams such as technical support, operations, and marketing to ensure timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
