Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot to provide technical leadership across one or more products within the ETPL AI portfolio. This role sits within ETPL's engineering capability and carries responsibility for backend architecture, system design, engineering quality, and the technical development of delivery teams.
The Staff Engineer will be the senior technical authority within their product engineering context - owning architectural decisions, driving best practices, and ensuring that the systems they are responsible for are scalable,
