Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships throughout the home-buying and post-sales journey, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating CRM systems, tracking customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with sales and project teams to address customer needs and concerns.
