The ideal candidate will have a robust background in general ledger accounting and a proven track record in managing month-end closing activities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your team through the record to report (R2R) cycle, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support in daily operations. - Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Manage accruals, provisions, and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.



- Utilize advanced Excel skills and SAP for data analysis and reporting. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and assist in audits as necessary. Required Skills: - Strong team handling and leadership abilities. - In-depth knowledge of general ledger accounting and R2R processes. - Proficiency in month-end closing, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations. - Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting. - Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
