About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing & Sales Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media, content marketing, lead generation, and B2B sales.
You’ll own Creston & Co.’s growth from first click to closed deal: planning and running campaigns that bring in qualified leads, then following up, running discovery calls and demos, and helping convert prospects into paying clients.

You’ll also work hands-on with emerging areas like AI search optimisation (GEO) and AI-powered marketing automation, using the same tools we build for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimise website pages, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and site performance.
• Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO improvements.

2. Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) & AI Search
• Implement optimisation strategies for AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Track Creston & Co.’s AI search visibility, brand mentions, and competitor presence.
• Support AI-friendly content, structured data, and entity-based SEO.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and
