Role Description This is a full-time, in office Client Services Representative role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Client Services Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing inquiries, coordinating project details, and ensuring timely responses. Daily responsibilities include handling client communication through phone, email,



and meetings; gathering requirements; preparing basic proposals or briefs; and supporting internal teams to execute events according to client expectations. The role also involves maintaining client records, tracking project timelines, resolving service issues, and collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
