Role Description The Specialty Coffee Roaster is a full time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. This role is responsible for roasting specialty coffee beans to defined profiles, monitoring roast consistency, and ensuring high standards of flavor and quality. Day-to-day tasks include managing roasting schedules, operating and maintaining roasting equipment, performing cupping sessions,



and documenting roast data for continuous improvement. The Specialty Coffee Roaster will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align coffee offerings with brand standards, support inventory management of green and roasted coffee, and assist in developing new blends and roast profiles. The role also involves sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients, supporting training sessions, and contributing to a culture of craftsmanship and quality.
