Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Statutory Audit who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end statutory audit assignments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards, reviewing financial statements, coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders, and identifying financial risks and control weaknesses. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge, analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing audit teams and multiple assignments.

Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Audit Management

• Plan, manage, and execute statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and auditing standards.
• Lead end-to-end audit activities, including audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and finalization.
• Review financial statements, general ledgers, trial balances,



and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Review audit working papers, audit evidence, and supporting documentation.
• Identify financial discrepancies, accounting irregularities, control weaknesses, and potential compliance risks.
• Ensure timely completion and closure of statutory audits within defined deadlines.
