Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of Ether's EdTech SaaS products in schools in Navi Mumbai. This high-impact,



B2B sales role requires direct interaction with school owners, principals, and decision-makers to position Ether as their preferred EdTech SaaS solution. Ether's HQ is in Malad, Mumbai, and you will be required to make a few visits a month, including during your training period/periodic meetings at the HQ, apart from regular field visits to schools.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and prioritise schools for Ether SaaS implementation.
• Conduct 5–6 daily school visits, engaging with key stakeholders (Principals, Directors, Trustees).
• Deliver compelling product demos and craft customised value propositions.
• Develop a deep understanding of schools' operational challenges and position Ether ERP as the solution.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.
