Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Sales role based in Lucknow. The HVAC Sales professional will identify and develop current business opportunities, manage existing client relationships,



and promote Landmark’s HVAC and MEP solutions, including VRV systems, packaged ACs, ductable ACs, split ACs, chillers, air handling units, and related products and services. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with the technical and project teams for solution design, and following up to close sales orders. The role involves conducting site visits, maintaining accurate sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
