About Xthlete
Xthlete is a sports-tech platform building digital infrastructure for grassroots sports. We help athletes discover tournaments, build their sports profiles, and access sponsorship opportunities while connecting players, coaches, tournament organisers, and brands through one platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Growth Support Executive to manage daily communications, digital outreach, event promotions, community building and customer follow-ups.
You will work closely with our sports community, helping athletes, parents, coaches, and organisers stay informed, engaged, and connected through Xthlete and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calling & Event Support
• Make outgoing calls to players, parents, coaches, and tournament participants.
• Follow up on tournament registrations and confirm participation before events.
• Promote upcoming events and guide users through the registration process.




• Handle event-related enquiries, reminders, and support calls.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve participant and organiser queries.

2. Digital Outreach & Community Engagement
• Respond to Instagram DMs, comments, LinkedIn messages, and website enquiries.
• Conduct outreach through Instagram and LinkedIn to connect with relevant sports communities and potential partners.
• Share tournament brochures, registration links, and updates across relevant WhatsApp groups.
• Engage with athletes, coaches, academies, and organisers to build stronger relationships.
• Support community growth and upcoming event promotions through digital communication.

3. Documentation & Coordination
• Maintain accurate calling records, contact databases, and follow-up updates in Google Sheets.
• Track user enquiries and communicate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
