Role Description The Clinical Pharmacist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Tiruchengodu. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication review, therapy optimization, and patient counseling in collaboration with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, ensuring accurate dispensing, overseeing compounding practices, and monitoring for drug interactions and adverse effects.
