Role Description The Presales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and providing detailed information about Sara Reality’s property portfolio and services. The Presales Executive will manage incoming inquiries, conduct follow-up calls and meetings,



and support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and basic RFP responses. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating property site visits, and ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact to handover to the sales team. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and sales to align messaging, understand new listings, and contribute to client-focused presales strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
