The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Senior HR Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.



This role requires someone who takes complete ownership of HR processes, is proactive in problem-solving, and is comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving setup. This position handles employee recruitment, onboarding, perks administration, performance management, and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing and updating HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational culture and business objectives.
