Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process. On a day-to-day basis,



the counselor connects with potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their educational and career goals, explain suitable programs, and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and timelines. The role involves handling inquiries, following up with leads, conducting counseling sessions, and supporting applicants in completing application and enrollment formalities. The counselor collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintains detailed records in CRM tools, and works toward defined admission and conversion targets while delivering a high level of service to every applicant.
