The role
The Branding & Marketing Lead will lead EmpowerEdu’s brand, marketing and communications
strategy, with a strong focus on brand visibility, student engagement and recruitment for the
Certificate Programmes.The role will oversee brand positioning, integrated campaigns, digital
marketing, content, social media,



events, PR, media relations, lead generation and marketing
analytics. The role will work closely with Business Development, Admissions, Academic and leadership
teams to convert marketing activity into qualified enquiries, applications and enrolments.This is a
strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring robust creativity, commercial understanding and
execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and strengthen EmpowerEdu’s brand positioning and market identity.
• Define messaging and value propositions for students, parents, schools and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement annual and campaign-based marketing plans aligned with admissions targets.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging and tone across channels.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
