Today, our Instant Discharge platform powers thousands of hospital discharges every month across leading hospital chains. Tomorrow, we want to solve every major consumer pain point inside a hospital.
We are looking for someone who wants to build those products from scratch.
What you will own
You won't own features > You'll own consumer problems. > You'll identify friction across the healthcare journey and turn those insights into products used by millions of patients.
You will:
• Discover unmet consumer needs through research and data.
• Run rapid experiments with design and engineering.
• Ship MVPs quickly.
• Kill ideas that don't work.
• Double down on products that do.
• Build products from 0→1 and scale them from 1→100.
Expected Key Outcomes (Your first 12 Months)
Multiple new consumer products launched.
Strong consumer adoption and engagement.
A repeatable experimentation engine.
Clear product-market fit for at least one new business line.
