Role Description The Executive role at Healing Escape Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves managing daily operations related to patient coordination, including liaising with healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation, and tracking case progress. The Executive will support international patients with itinerary planning, appointment scheduling, and logistical arrangements such as transport and accommodation.



Responsibilities include maintaining transparent communication with patients and partners, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring service standards are met consistently. The Executive will also assist in reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance overall patient experience.
