Role Description The OET & Language Tutor will provide face-to-face instruction in English language skills and OET test preparation to healthcare professionals and other learners at the Tiruvalla campus. This is a full time, on-site role responsible for planning and delivering lessons, conducting practice sessions, and offering individual feedback to help learners improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Tutoring and Teaching skills with experience guiding learners in structured classroom settings.
• Candidates should possess English Teaching and Online Tutoring skills to support both in-person and digital learning methods when needed.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, provide constructive feedback, and interact effectively with diverse learners.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field are preferred.
• Certification or experience in OET, IELTS, or other English proficiency exams is highly beneficial.
• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and learner assessment skills are desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruvalla and maintain a learner-centered, inclusive teaching approach.
• Candidate should possess OET Course certificate.
