Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential projects, including lead generation, prospect qualification, property presentations, negotiation, and closure of deals. This role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance,



and implementing strategies to increase bookings and revenue. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and project teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales reports, analyzing market trends, building and sustaining relationships with channel partners, and representing the company at site visits, events, and client meetings.
