AuraDevOps is a marketing agency that caters to clients outside India. We help international businesses grow through effective promotion, lead generation, and customized marketing strategies.
We are looking for an International Sales Associate who is confident communicating with clients in the United States and is motivated by sales and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
• Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to potential clients in the USA.
• Communicate with prospects professionally and understand their business requirements.
• Introduce AuraDevOps's marketing and promotional services to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls and email.
• Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets / Excel with lead information, call records, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Convert cold prospects into qualified leads and potential clients.




• Meet daily and weekly calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication with international clients.

Requirements
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• American accent / familiarity with American English is an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working US time-zone shifts.
• Confident speaking with international clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
• Valuable email communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
• Previous experience in international sales, telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation, or voice processes is an advantage.

Compensation
₹27,000/month + Performance Bonus
Additional incentives will be provided based on performance and successful conversions.
