Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for leading sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and expanding the customer base for LT panels and related solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing and delivering technical sales presentations, and negotiating contracts and pricing.



The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring sales team members, tracking sales performance, and reporting regularly to senior leadership on market trends and revenue goals.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and account management skills in industrial or electrical products.
• Knowledge of LT panels, electrical systems, and CPRI standards, with the ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Experience in managing relationships with industrial clients, preferably in sectors such as food, forging, sponge iron, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor
