At DAZZLES, the Senior Stylist is more than a stylist — they are a memory maker, a relationship builder, and a graceful orchestrator of both emotion and prospect. The Senior Stylist leads the journey not just through styling excellence, but by emotional intelligence, relationship building, and thoughtful commerce unlock — ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

◆ P R E P ( P R E P A R A T I O N )
• Prepare grooming and styling stations to perfection.
• Actively participate in visual merchandising upgrades (floor looks, product rotations).
• Join morning briefs and prepare client folders and appointment priorities.

◆ P R O C E S S (O P E R A T I O N S )
• Deliver full CCS flow independently (Profiling, Consulting, Styling) for assigned clients.
• Host and style HNI clients with DAZZLES grace and luxury detailing.




• Build client relationships that lead to both client satisfaction and commerce.

◆ P O S T (R E S U L T S )
• Submit detailed styling records and commerce movement daily (Quantum Sheets).
• Provide reflection notes to Catalyst after handling key clients.
• Participate in end-of-week growth review discussions.
