ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for experienced Retail Operations professionals for the position of Cluster Manager / Regional Support to support and manage retail operations for the South Region.
The ideal candidate should have solid retail store operations experience, good team-handling skills, and an understanding of the South Indian retail market. Candidates who have experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager are also welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and support retail store operations across assigned locations.
• Monitor sales, targets, productivity, customer service, and operational performance.
• Support Store Managers and retail teams in achieving business targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Analyse store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with HO and retail teams for operational requirements.
• Support manpower planning, training, team development, and performance management.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide operational feedback.
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong coordination between stores and the corporate office.
• Provide operational support to stores across the South Region.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
• Candidates currently working as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager can also apply.
• Experience in Fashion Retail, Value Retail, Departmental Stores, or similar retail environments will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations and team handling.
• Candidates with experience managing multiple stores or supporting cluster-level operations
