Devalko designs and builds premium modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture for homes across Delhi NCR. We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to run our factory floor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Run day-to-day production: panel cutting, edge banding, boring/CNC, assembly, QC and packing
• Plan weekly production against project dispatch dates and keep every project on schedule
• Check cutting lists against drawings before cutting; work closely with our design team
• Plan material in advance with Store and Purchase so work never stops for shortages
• Own quality: accurate sizes, clean edges, correct drilling and hardware, zero rework at site
• Reduce board wastage through smart cutting and offcut reuse
• Ensure every dispatch is packed, labelled and complete
• Lead and train a team of 10–15 operators, carpenters and helpers
• Keep machines serviced and the factory secure and clean

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




• 5+ years in a modular furniture factory, including 2+ years running the floor
• Hands-on with panel saw / beam saw, edge bander, multi-boring and CNC
• Reads cutting lists and shop drawings with ease
• Knows ply, MDF, HDHMR, particle board, laminates, acrylic, edge bands and hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum or similar)
• Strong people leader who keeps a team disciplined and on target
• Comfortable using a smartphone app and WhatsApp for daily reporting
• Diploma / ITI in mechanical, production or wood technology preferred
