About HopchargeHopcharge is a Gurugram-based EV charging company pioneering India’s patent-granted Virtual Power Grid (VPG) technology. Instead of customers going to a charger, we bring the charger to the vehicle.
As our network and customer base grow, our Inside Sales team is central to turning digital demand into revenue and building long-term customer relationships.

The RoleAs a Sales Associate, you will convert inbound digital leads into customers and manage renewals for our existing customers. You will work closely with the Marketing and Field Sales teams, with clear targets, structured processes, and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities• Lead Conversion: Engage and convert inbound leads from our website, social media, ads, and referral channels via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Renewal Management: Track upcoming renewals,



re-engage lapsing customers, and drive repeat business.
• Consultative Selling: Handle pricing and plan queries and address customer objections with confidence.
• CRM Discipline: Keep lead status, follow-ups, and funnel stages accurately updated.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Share lead-quality feedback with Marketing and coordinate on-ground handoffs with Field Sales.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly funnel and renewal updates for your reporting manager.
• Target Ownership: Work towards monthly and quarterly goals for conversions, renewals, and revenue.

Who You Are

• 3 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or digital sales (B2B or B2C). Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to succeed are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and basic Excel
