ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a agile and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across the Group's real estate portfolio.
The role will be responsible for coordinating 360° marketing campaigns, digital and offline activations, content, events, agency and vendor deliverables, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and an understanding of the real estate customer journey.
The role requires an individual who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, ensuring that every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
01 | Integrated Campaign Management




• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor, events and other relevant channels.
• Translate campaign objectives into clear execution plans, timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
• Coordinate campaign launches, creative requirements, media plans and communication assets.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely closure of all deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain campaign budgets, trackers and documentation.

02 | Digital & Performance Marketing
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives across social media, search, email, performance marketing and other relevant platforms.
• Support SEO/SEM initiatives in coordination with internal teams and agencies.
• Coordinate social media calendars, content publishing and campaign communication.
• Monitor digital metrics including reach, engagement, CPL, conversions and campaign ROI.
