About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee infrastructure, facilities, compliance, inventory, administration, finance coordination, audits, and overall operational efficiency across our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage clinic infrastructure, facilities, maintenance and vendors
• Oversee administration and operational support across locations
• Drive stock & inventory governance and minimise wastage
• Manage licenses, statutory approvals, agreements and renewals
• Coordinate with Finance on budgets, expenses and cost optimisation
• Oversee operational IT systems and vendor coordination
• Conduct monthly operational, infrastructure and compliance audits
• Track audit findings and ensure timely closure




• Support new clinic/project identification, rentals, shifting and project readiness
• Ensure operational standards and processes are consistently maintained

Candidate Profile
• Experience in Operations, Facilities, Administration or Business Operations
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Valuable understanding of compliance, inventory and cost governance
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multi-location operations will be an advantage
