• Role Description

Marketing and Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for government e-procurement

portals, including GEM and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize product and service listings on GEM and related online bidding platforms to

enhance visibility and engagement.
• Identify and capitalize on current sales opportunities, leveraging market insights to build and maintain

strong client relationships.




• Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities, and report on

the performance of marketing campaigns.
Tender Management:
• Analyze and interpret tender documents to gain a clear understanding of customer requirements and

project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to gather accurate and relevant

information for tender submissions.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance with

customer specifications and company standards.
• Oversee the entire bid management process, including bid evaluation and proposal preparation, to

maximize success rates.
Sales Support:
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and

addressing any questions or concerns.
