We are seeking a creative and concept-driven Brand Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and design
storytelling. You will be responsible for translating brand strategy and business
objectives into distinctive visual identities that communicate a brand's personality,
positioning, and values.

This role is focused specifically on branding, from conceptualisation and identity
development to creating cohesive visual systems and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Conceptualisation:
• Understand brand positioning, target audiences, market research, and competitor
landscapes to develop relevant creative directions.
• Conceptualise distinctive brand identities rooted in research, storytelling, and
strategic thinking.
• Develop mood boards, visual territories, and creative concepts that communicate
the brand's core idea.
Visual Identity Design:
• Design logos, typography systems, colour palettes, graphic elements, and




supporting visual assets.• Develop cohesive and scalable visual identity systems that
ensure brand recognition and differentiation.
• Translate brand personality, values, and narratives into compelling visual
experiences.

Brand Guidelines & Applications:

• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines covering logo usage, typography,
colours, imagery, and visual consistency.
• Apply brand identities across relevant touchpoints, including packaging,
stationery, presentations, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand applications.
Design Craft & Execution:
• Demonstrate strong expertise in typography, colour theory, composition, layout,
and visual hierarchy.
• Prepare high-quality, production-ready design assets for digital and print
applications.
• Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative
concept.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and crea
