We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and help build a professional, productive, and performance-driven workplace.Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage hiring, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding across departments.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
• HR Policies & Processes: Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal systems.
• Statutory Compliance:



Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and employment regulations in Rajasthan.
• Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, employee reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work workplace.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and support employee skill development.
• Employee Engagement: Strengthen employee retention, discipline, accountability, and organizational culture.
• Management Support: Work closely with management on manpower planning, HR reporting, and organizational development.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
