Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Indian market.
• Acquire new clients requiring IT recruitment and staffing services.
• Build relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
• Explore recruitment partnerships, vendor empanelment, and staffing collaborations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to support successful delivery.
• Manage client relationships, follow-ups, proposals, and business development pipelines.




• Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business development, recruitment sales, or staffing services.
• Good understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and develop business relationships.
• Robust communication, negotiation, networking, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and generate business without relying entirely on paid platforms.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
