Role Description The Branch Head – Retail Branch Banking is a full-time, on-site role based across branches in Andhra Pradesh. This role oversees overall branch operations, including retail banking business growth, customer service excellence, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Branch Head is responsible for driving sales of retail banking products, developing and executing branch business plans, and ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. Day-to-day activities include leading and mentoring the branch team, monitoring performance, managing risk, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining strong relationships with local customers and stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with regional and head office teams, implementing process improvements, and promoting digital and inclusive banking initiatives aligned with ESAF’s social banking mission.
