Role Description The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to grow RISUONA’s client base and project portfolio in the luxury residential interior segment. This full time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves identifying new business opportunities,



building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and partners, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and presenting tailored proposals, coordinating with design and project teams to align client expectations, and representing the brand at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, contributing to sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring a consistent, premium client experience that is aligned with RISUONA’s standards of timeless luxury.
