Role Description The Financial Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs focused on financial products, trading platforms, and investor services. Day-to-day activities include conducting classroom and workshop-style sessions, creating training materials and presentations, and coaching sales teams on product knowledge, consultative selling, and compliance-related topics. The trainer will assess training needs, track performance improvements,
