Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented French-Speaking Project Coordinator to support international client projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international client projects and translate business requirements into transparent tasks and user stories.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on client requirements and business objectives.

• Collaborate with clients, developers, and data analysis teams to ensure effective project delivery.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and blockers to ensure timely execution.





• Validate deliverables against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Review new features, product enhancements, and updates before delivery.

• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, workflows, and project delivery processes.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role.

• French language proficiency at B2 level or above is mandatory.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proactive approach with good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
