Responsibilities

• Execute the protected loading and unloading of goods and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service during the delivery process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Manage cash transactions securely, including collecting payments and issuing accurate receipts.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status.





• Plan and adhere to optimized delivery routes to ensure timely completion of all assignments.

• Handle all packages with care to prevent damage and ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
