The DB Benefits Administrator – Pension Analyst is responsible for operational activities associated with defined benefit plans in accordance with plan provisions and established procedures. The role has a primary focus on calculating defined benefit pension benefits based on applicable plan specifications and providing accurate responses to call center questions related to pension calculations.



The Administrator also supports participant data maintenance, payroll administration, plan documentation, and other defined benefit administration activities. The Administrator is expected to pursue continued professional education, including taking and passing applicable professional examinations.

What You Will Do
• Calculate defined benefit pension benefits accurately in accordance with applicable plan specifications, plan provisions, and established procedures.
• Research and provide accurate responses to call center questions related to pension calculations.
• Review plan provisions, participant data, and supporting documentation required to complete pension benefit calculations.
• Review and organize plan and participant documents to support efficient information retrieval.
• Perform assigned data-processing activities related to defined benefit plan administration.
