Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, analytical, and highly proactive Associate – PPC to own and scale our paid marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across paid search, display, shopping, and paid social channels.

As an Associate, you are beyond the entry-level tactical execution stage. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing strategy and hardcore data analysis, directly influencing our customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and scale end-to-end PPC campaigns across channels like Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, or platform-specific networks).
Optimization & Bid Management:



Continuously optimize live campaigns using advanced bidding models (Target CPA, Target ROAS). Conduct regular keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and negative keyword filtering.
A/B Testing & Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative and content teams to conceptualize high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets. Run structured A/B tests on creatives and extensions to systematically boost Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics. Build and maintain transparent reporting dashboards (using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Excel) to deliver actionable insights on key metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
Budget & Attribution Management: Manage significant ad budgets with meticulous control against overspend/underspend. Track multi-touch attribution funnels to understand cross-channel user behavior.
