Role Description The Finance and Fund Raising Manager is a full-time role based in Pune City with a work arrangement, combining in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for programs and initiatives, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Manager will design and implement fundraising strategies,



identify potential donors, investors, and grant opportunities, and prepare compelling proposals and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring investments, tracking financial performance, analyzing funding needs, engaging with partners and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate financial and fundraising records.
