Role Description The Pilates Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based at FitFormance in Ahmedabad. The instructor will design and lead Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring secure, effective, and goal-oriented workouts tailored to varying fitness levels and needs. Daily responsibilities include assessing client capabilities, demonstrating proper technique, providing corrections,



and adapting exercises to support rehabilitation and performance objectives. The role involves collaborating with trainers and physios to integrate Pilates into broader training plans, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, and delivering attentive client service. The instructor will also help with scheduling, client progress tracking, and occasional workshops or special classes to enhance the studio’s offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Pilates Instruction and Teaching, with the ability to guide clients of different fitness levels safely and effectively.
• Experience leading Group Exercise sessions, including designing engaging and scalable group class formats.
• Understanding of Physical Therapy or rehabilitation principles to support clients recovering from injuries or managing physical limitations.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and professional client
