Role Description The Consultant, Digitally Tunable Bandpass Filters will provide expert guidance on the design, development, and optimization of digitally tunable RF and microwave bandpass filter solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, defining filter specifications, reviewing circuit and system-level designs,
and advising on component selection and architecture to achieve desired frequency response and performance. The consultant will collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, validate designs through simulation and testing, and recommend improvements in manufacturing processes and test methodologies. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru South, requiring regular interaction with design, production, and quality teams to ensure effective implementation of filter solutions aligned with military and space standards.
Qualifications
• Robust knowledge of RF and microwave engineering, including filter design, frequency control, and signal integrity.
• Experience with digitally tunable and programmable bandpass filters, including practical implementation in high-frequency systems.
• Proficiency with relevant simulation and design tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, SPICE or equivalent RF CAD tools).
