Role Description The HR & Academic Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position oversees day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and basic payroll and attendance coordination. The role also manages academic operations such as scheduling classes,



coordinating faculty timetables, maintaining student records, and supporting examination and assessment processes. The manager collaborates with academic leadership to ensure smooth delivery of programs, adherence to institutional policies, and alignment of HR practices with academic needs. This role involves regular communication with faculty, staff, and students, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements that enhance both the learning setting and staff experience.
