Head of Network & Security Sales

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead our Network and Security Sales division within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to capture market share in the network and security domain.

• Oversee revenue forecasting processes to ensure accurate projections and attainment of financial targets.

• Manage and expand relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)



to secure competitive advantages.

• Lead the acquisition and retention of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership.

• Direct and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Own the revenue lifecycle, from pipeline generation to final deal closure and post-sales support coordination.

• Drive enterprise-level sales initiatives tailored to complex organizational needs.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in IT Services, specifically within network and security sales.

• Proven expertise in revenue forecasting and financial ownership within a sales leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in managing OEM relationships and securing strategic alliances.

• Solid background in Key Account Management with a track record of enterprise sales achievements.
